Due to the fragile nature of some of our products, on some rare occasions damage can occur during transit. It's for this reason that we insist you thoroughly check all items on your order and report any damage within 48hrs of your order arriving. This allows us to investigate the issue with the courier and – more importantly - resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. After this timeframe, it becomes unclear how the damage has occurred and may prevent you receiving a free-of-charge replacement.
If an item from your order has arrived damaged, please complete this form and attach images showing the damage in as much detail as possible. A member of our Customer Service team will reply and advise how we will resolve this issue for you.
