If your shower tray has cracked after installation, we recommend contacting your fitter/installer to inspect the tray in the first instance as the majority of cracked shower trays are the result of a fitting issue. Depending on the severity of the crack and the material your shower tray is made of, they may be able to repair the tray.
If you have contacted your fitter and they have been unable to identify the cause of the crack, please contact us, providing the information below (you may need to ask your fitter/installer for some of this information). Although manufacturing defects & faults are rare, providing all of this information will allow us to assess your case & provide a quick response.
