It's very rare that we encounter a part that is genuinely missing from an item. Here are a few points to check:
-Please check the instructions/manual included with your item as this will often list all of the parts that should be included. Note that some items listed may be optional or only included with certain variants. We recommend you read this thoroughly to understand what parts should be included with your particular item
-Please check that there isn't more than one box that makes up your particular item. If there is more than one box, please thoroughly check all boxes relating to that item. For example, many shower enclosures are made up of a box that includes the glass panels, a box that includes the frame/profiles and yet another box that contains small parts.
-It is common for parts -particularly small parts- to go missing between the first stage of installation ('first fix') and second stage of installation ('second fix') and there are many items that contain parts across several boxes. Please check the packaging from items that have been installed during 'first fix' as you may find your fitter has discarded the packaging without realising that there are some small parts inside the packaging.
Here are some common parts that are thought to be missing and where to find them:
-Bath feet: Some bath feet are stored wrapped in cardboard under the lip of the bath. These can easily be missed as they are well wrapped for protection
-Shower profiles: Many of our shower screens/enclosures come with coloured profiles in separate boxes. In these cases, you will usually find that chrome profiles are included with the screen/panel/door, but there is a completely separate box that contains your coloured profiles (eg. Brushed brass / matt black etc.)
-WC Frame parts: Some WC Frames list small parts that form part of the button mechanism, but these are included in a separate box with the push button itself
