We aim to process & deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation from us inform you that your order has been dispatched & this will also indicate which delivery method has been selected for your order. You can find more information about each delivery method below.
If your order consists of a smaller item, such as a bath tap, we will usually dispatch your order within 1-2 working days and it will typically be delivered on a 48hr courier service. For example, if you placed an order for an in-stock bath tap on a Monday morning, you could expect to receive your order between Wednesday & Friday of that same week.
If your order is larger than the size of a parcel, it will usually be delivered via a Bathshack Van (currently only in Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland) or on a pallet. If your order is being delivered via Bathshack Van, our Dispatch Team will contact you to advise you which day you expect delivery; be sure to keep an eye out for a call, text message or email from them. If your order is being delivered on a pallet, you will receive an email with your tracking reference. You can track your pallet delivery to find out when it is planned for delivery.
Please note that, if your order contains any items that are out-of-stock or special order, your order will be held until all items are in stock. Once all items are in stock, we will aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
