Returns Process
Before requesting a return, please check that your return falls within our return policy
1) Request your return by using this form. Please ensure you upload photos showing that the item(s) you wish to return are in resaleable condition. If any items have been opened, please upload photographs of the item itself and a photograph of the packaging resealed with clear tape.
2) Our Customer Support team will create a return order for you and send you a RAN (Returns Authorisation) form, which will list the item(s) you wish to return.
3) Please print this RAN form & attach a copy to each item you wish to return. This ensures your return is processed quickly when it is returned to our distribution centre. If you do not attach a copy of the RAN form to an item you have returned, this will hinder or delay your return being processed. Please affix the RAN form to your item(s) with CLEAR TAPE ONLY.
4) All items must be returned in original packaging and must be fit for resale. Any items returned which are not resaleable will be rejected. It is your responsibility to return items in good condition and to ensure they are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit. Bathshack do not offer a collection service. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service with a reputable courier as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in post.
Once we have received your return, it will be inspected by our returns department within 14 days and a refund/exchange will be processed.
