30 Days Returns
At Bathshack, we want to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Our 30 day returns policy gives you time to change your mind after receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order please follow the returns process linked at the bottom of this article.
When receiving an order, it is the recipient’s responsibility to thoroughly check goods for any damage. If an item or the packaging appears to be damaged at the point of delivery, please note this on the delivery docket with the driver present and follow the steps on this page to get your issue resolved
If an item appears to have developed a fault after installation, please follow the steps on this page to get your issue resolved.
Returns Policy
- Only goods in original packaging in a resalable condition will be considered for returns
- Special order items or items made to the customer's specifications cannot be returned
- We do not accept returns on any consumables (adhesives, grouts, silicones etc)
- Returns will only be accepted within 30 Days of Delivery
- You must contact us to obtain a completed returns form before returning an item
