If you're unable to resolve your issue, please contact us and provide as much information as possible about the issue you're experiencing. The more information you can provide, the quicker we will be able to help find a resolution to your issue. The information below will be very helpful:
- Your order reference, name, contact number and email address - this will allow us to locate your original order
- Affected product
- Detailed description of the issue, ideally including a video or some photographs
- When did the issue first start to occur?
- Has the issue been present since the product has been installed or was it working correctly for a period of time initially?
- Who installed the product? If you have contact details for the fitter, please provide them as they may be helpful to us
- When was the product installed (please provide an approximate date, if you're unsure)
- Have you contacted your fitter about this issue? If so, what did they say?
Once we receive this information we will review and advise of the next steps. We may need to pass the details onto our supplier for advice. We will let you know if this is the case and we will work closely with the supplier to offer a resolution as quickly as possible.
Please do not uninstall any of your items until we have reviewed the issue.
